3. Registration and Account

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 30 days before course start: Full refund or credit toward future training
• 15-30 days before course start: 50% refund or credit
• Less than 15 days before course start: No refund; may transfer to another participant or reschedule (subject to availability and additional fees)
• No-shows: No refund will be provided

6.2 Cancellation by iKnowledge

If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date or course at no additional cost.

6.3 Substitutions

Participant substitutions are permitted at any time before the course start date by notifying us in writing.

7. Participant Obligations

As a participant in our training programs, you agree to:

• Attend courses punctually and participate actively
• Respect instructors and other participants
• Not record, photograph, or reproduce training materials without permission
• Not share access credentials for virtual training sessions
• Comply with technical requirements for virtual training
• Not engage in disruptive behavior
• Use training materials solely for personal learning purposes

8. Virtual Training Specific Terms

8.1 Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

• Stable internet connection
• Compatible hardware and software
• Necessary permissions to install required applications
• Appropriate environment for virtual learning

8.2 Recording and Attendance

Virtual sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. By participating, you consent to such recording. We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end that prevent attendance or participation.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services remain the exclusive property of iKnowledge Solutions or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to:
